As a traditional company encouraging consumers to perform routine auto maintenance, Cottman Transmissions wanted to more effectively and creatively engage with their customers. I worked alongside the Cottman team to explore approaches to effectuate an informative yet modern marketing campaign. Together, we developed two animated characters that creatively convey information about the excellent services offered by Cottman, and that appeal to multiple demographics.
